Bobby Hebert’s Cajun Cannon Restaurant Bar design was inspired by a subtle black and gold color scheme while respecting the building architect’s design aesthetic. Being the focal point of the entire restaurant and greeting new patrons, the bar was designed with comfort in mind, especially while enjoying screen time. The overall design is linear, with an abundance of liquor bottles storage including diagonal cubicles and illuminated shelves that highlight their extensive collection, mahogany wood, stained two dark coats, serves as the structure. The outer bays consist of floating glass shelves, the televisions are angled to provide patrons with a comfortable viewing experience. The countertop is quartz with a swirl pattern incorporating tones of gray and touches of gold that play off the brushed brass foot rail. Bobby Hebert’s history, including his number “3” is also incorporated by AMB2 Architecture in the custom designed, details host stand that is offset by illumination.
This bar is also designed per ADA standards.
